Frequently Asked Questions About Leadership
These are some of the most common questions people ask when exploring what it means to lead and how to grow as a leader.
1. What makes someone a good leader?
A good leader communicates clearly, builds trust, and leads by example. It’s not about having all the answers, but about creating an environment where others can grow and contribute.
2. Can anyone become a leader, or is it something you’re born with?
Leadership is not reserved for a few — it’s a skill that can be developed. With the right mindset, support, and willingness to grow, anyone can become a stronger leader.
3. How do I lead people who don’t respect me (yet)?
Respect is earned over time through consistency, humility, and action. Start by listening, showing empathy, and leading with integrity. Trust follows behavior.
4. What’s the difference between managing and leading?
Managing often focuses on processes, tasks, and results. Leading is about people, vision, and influence. Great leaders do both — but start by inspiring, not just instructing.
5. How do I stay confident as a leader during setbacks?
Setbacks are part of growth. Confidence comes from remembering your values, learning from challenges, and getting back up. True leadership shows in how you respond, not just when things go well.
6. How can I inspire others without being too pushy?
Inspiration comes from authenticity. Share your “why,” live your message, and give others space to choose their own path. Influence works better than pressure.
7. What if I don’t have a formal title — am I still a leader?
Absolutely. Leadership is about influence, not position. If you’re guiding others, solving problems, or setting an example — you’re already leading.
8. How do I develop my leadership style?
Start by understanding your strengths, values, and communication style. Reflect on feedback, study other leaders, and stay open to evolving. Leadership is a journey, not a fixed identity.
9. How do I give feedback without demotivating people?
Focus on clarity, timing, and intention. Use positive language, be specific, and balance support with honesty. Feedback is most powerful when it helps someone move forward.
10. What if I don’t feel like a leader at all?
That feeling is more common than you think. Leadership isn’t about feeling ready — it’s about showing up, learning, and growing. You don’t have to be perfect to make a difference.

Frequently Asked Questions About Personal Development
Below you’ll find common questions from people on their personal growth journey.
1. What is personal development, really?
Personal development is the ongoing process of becoming more self-aware, learning new skills, and aligning your actions with your values. It’s how you grow into the person you’re meant to be — both personally and professionally.
2. Where do I even begin with personal growth?
Start by asking simple but powerful questions: What matters to me? What’s holding me back? What do I want to change? Awareness is always the first step.
3. Why does personal development feel so overwhelming?
Because we often think it requires huge, dramatic changes. In reality, small, consistent actions — reading, journaling, reflecting, asking for feedback — create lasting change.
4. How do I stay motivated when I don’t see quick results?
Progress isn’t always visible at first. Focus on habits, not outcomes. Motivation grows when you notice how you’re becoming more intentional, resilient, or clear-minded — even before big results appear.
5. Is personal development selfish?
Not at all. When you grow, everyone around you benefits. You become a better listener, a clearer communicator, and a more grounded person — at home, at work, and in your community.
6. What if I keep falling back into old patterns?
That’s normal. Growth isn’t linear. The key is to notice the pattern, pause, and choose again. Falling down doesn’t erase progress — getting back up strengthens it.
7. Can personality tests really help with growth?
Yes — when used as a tool, not a label. Tests like the Core Color Personality Test offer insight into your natural strengths and tendencies, so you can grow with more awareness and intention.
8. How do I balance personal growth with everything else?
Growth doesn’t require perfection or extra hours — it happens in your daily choices. It’s less about adding more, and more about aligning better.
9. How do I know if I’m actually growing?
Growth often shows up in subtle ways — calmer reactions, better boundaries, clearer thinking, deeper relationships. If you’re asking this question, chances are, you’re already on the path.
10. What if I’m afraid to change?
Fear is part of growth. It signals that you’re stepping into something new. Courage isn’t the absence of fear — it’s acting anyway, one step at a time.
About the Equipido Core Color Personality Test and Microtests
Equipido is a fully account-free system for personal insights, leadership development, and self-reflection.
The Core Color Personality Test gives you your Core Color profile and is the foundation for more detailed Core Color reports.
Microtests such as Decision Style, Emotional Style, Feedback Style, Goal Style, and Leadership Style can be taken independently and provide focused insights into different areas.
Equipido does not require accounts or logins. Each completed test result is linked to a Reference Code, either a new code or an existing one.
You can enter this code when starting another test or use it later in the Summary Hub, where you can choose which results you want to include when creating an Equipido Microtests AI Summary.
Paid reports and paid upgrades remain available for up to 90 days after payment. Unpaid Basic tests, unpaid microtests, and unpaid summaries are not subject to the same retention period and may be deleted during maintenance, updates, database cleanup, or internal routines.
1. How accurate and reliable are these tests?
No personality test is perfect, but the Core Color Personality Test can offer useful insights when you answer honestly and interpret the result thoughtfully. It is not designed to label you — it is intended to increase self-awareness and open a conversation about how you think, feel, and communicate.
2. Can a personality style change over time or across situations?
Yes. While your core tendencies may stay stable, stress, life experiences, and personal growth can shift how you express yourself. That’s why it can be helpful to retake the test over time.
3. Is the Core Color Personality Test overly simplistic?
It is simple by design so that it is easy to remember and apply. The model does not define your full identity, but it offers a practical starting point for reflection and understanding. The depth comes from how you use the insights, not from complexity in the model itself.
4. What if I don’t agree with my result?
That’s okay. Sometimes our answers reflect how we wish to be, or how we behave in specific environments. Use your result as a mirror — not a final judgment. If something feels off, explore why.
5. What makes this test different?
The test is inspired by the historical Four Temperaments framework and modern approaches to personality and behavior. It translates long-established temperament concepts into a simple, practical system for everyday communication, leadership, and personal growth.
A general overview of the historical Four Temperaments is available here:
Historical Four Temperaments – Wikipedia.
The Core Color model is presented as its own practical framework and is not intended to replicate any commercial personality model.
6. Is there scientific evidence behind these models?
Personality frameworks have different levels of scientific support. The Big Five model has the strongest academic foundation, while simpler temperament-based systems are designed for practical insight rather than clinical diagnosis. The Core Color model belongs to this practical category — a tool for reflection, communication, and personal growth.
Important Note About Test Results
The Core Color Personality Test is designed for educational and personal development purposes. It is not intended to diagnose psychological conditions or replace professional advice from qualified psychologists, therapists, or other licensed professionals.
7. Can I have more than one dominant color/type?
Yes. Most people are a blend of two or more styles, and your dominant color might shift depending on the situation. The value comes from recognizing your tendencies, not boxing yourself in.
8. Are these tests safe or risky to use?
When used thoughtfully, these tests can be helpful reflection tools. Problems can arise when results are treated as absolute truth or used to judge, restrict, or stereotype others. The Core Color Personality Test is a guide — not a label.
Test results should be viewed as general insights and reflection tools rather than definitive conclusions about an individual’s personality, abilities, or potential. Users are encouraged to interpret the results thoughtfully and in context.
Disclaimer
This test is intended for educational and personal development purposes only.
It does not diagnose psychological conditions or replace professional advice.
Results should be viewed as general insights, not definitive conclusions about a person.
9. Why should I retake the test over time?
Because self-awareness evolves. What you learn, experience, or go through may shift how you see yourself. Retaking the test occasionally helps you reflect on your growth and patterns.
10. How can I apply my results in real life?
Understanding your color profile can help you improve communication, resolve conflict, and better relate to others — whether at work, in relationships, or in everyday situations.
11. Where does the Core Color Personality Test come from?
The Core Color model builds on classical temperament theory, with roots in ancient Greek thought associated with Empedocles and later medical traditions linked to Hippocrates and Galen. Over time, these ideas developed into recognizable temperament styles used as practical lenses for communication, leadership, and personal development. Equipido presents this long tradition through a clear, easy-to-use color framework.
12. What are the different Core Color test levels?
Basic – first snapshot
The Basic Core Color Personality Test is your simple starting point. It gives you your personality color profile, a short introduction to how the four colors work, an explanation of the profile names, and a simple one-page reflection workbook. It is designed to be easy to understand, even if you’re new to personality models.
Extended – deeper insight, still simple
The Extended report includes everything in Basic, plus Core Strengths, Blind Spots, Understanding Your Results, Key Concepts, and an expanded workbook introduction. The index also shows the Premium-only sections, so Extended acts as a bridge to the full growth system.
Premium – complete growth system
Premium gives you the full development framework: Interaction Insight, Core Color Level & Gap charts, Core Color Balance (100%), Stress Balance charts, Stress Answers, Integrated Insights, and a complete Premium Growth Workbook with tools, micro-habits, planners, and reflection pages.
Premium + AI – Premium plus personalized AI reflections
Premium + AI includes everything in Premium, plus 10 extended writing questions and an AI-generated insight section that integrates your Core Color profile with your own written reflections. It also adds at least one extra personalized insight page.
13. Short explainer: What is the Core Color Personality Test?
The Core Color Personality Test is a modern temperament-based assessment built around four main styles and one stress dimension. It shows how you naturally think, decide, work, and relate to others, using a color system that is easy to apply in everyday life.
The same underlying test can be viewed at different depth levels: Basic, Extended, Premium, and Premium + AI. You always take the core test once, and additional insights are unlocked depending on the level of your report.
14. What is the Summary Hub?
Summary Hub is your central overview page for Equipido tests.
You enter your Reference Code there to view your Core Color results again, without needing an account.
Over time, you can add microtests — Decision Style, Emotional Style, Feedback Style, Goal Style, and Leadership Style — and choose which results you want to include when creating an Equipido Microtests AI Summary.
When you have a Core Color result and the microtest results you want to include, you can create an Equipido Microtests AI Summary. The completed summary receives a Summary Code that lets you reopen that specific summary later.
15. What is the difference between a Reference Code and a Summary Code?
A Reference Code is created when you complete a test without using an existing code. If you enter a valid existing Reference Code when starting another test, the new result is linked to that same code. The code appears on the result PDF, and if you made a paid upgrade, the same code also appears on your receipt and invoice.
You use a Reference Code to:
– reopen the results of that specific test in the Summary Hub
– download the PDF again
– start other tests using the same code (as long as it hasn’t been used for that test before)
– upgrade your Core Color report without retaking the test
– access your paid test results within the 90-day period after payment, or reopen unpaid results while the data is still available
A Summary Code is created inside the Summary Hub after an AI summary has been completed.
It does not replace your Reference Codes and it is not a test result by itself.
It identifies the completed summary created from the results you selected: Core Color and the microtests you chose to include.
The Summary Code works as a shortcut back to that completed AI summary.
It cannot be used to reopen the individual test results; use the relevant Reference Codes for those.
The Summary Code is used to reopen that completed AI summary while the related data remains available.
For more details, see:
– “How can I view my result again using my Reference Code?”
– “What are Reference Codes and how do they work?”
– “What is the code I get after summarizing tests in Summary Hub?”
– “What are microtests and how do they connect to my Core Color?”
16. What can I do if something goes wrong with my AI report?
Premium + AI report – If something goes wrong with your Premium + AI report, return to the Core Result page and enter your Reference Code in the “Reopen your test result” field.
If your code has Premium + AI access and the saved AI result is missing, the Premium + AI Recovery section will appear automatically after the code has been verified. From there, you can try generating the AI result again or view your latest available result.
Equipido Microtests AI Summary – If something goes wrong with your Equipido Microtests AI Summary — for example, if the report does not load properly, the page keeps loading, or your saved summary is not shown as expected — you can use the recovery section in the Summary Hub.
Enter your Summary Code to verify it.
A Summary Code may look like this: Summary-bdad694c.
If a saved summary result is available, you can reopen or download it again from the Summary Hub. If no saved result is found, the system will show a message and no recovery action will be available.
If the code is invalid, the system will simply show a message and no recovery action will be available.
If you are still having problems, please contact us.
17. How can I view my result again using my Reference Code?
When you complete the Core Color Personality Test, your PDF shows a section labeled “Your Reference Code” on the front page.
Keep this code somewhere safe.
Go to the Core Result page and enter your Reference Code in the “Reopen your test result” field.
From there, you can view your result again and, if available, upgrade to a higher level (Extended, Premium, Premium + AI) without retaking the test.
18. What are Reference Codes and how do they work?
A Reference Code is a non-identifying ID that links your Core Color test to your report. If you purchased an upgrade, the same Reference Code also appears on your receipt and invoice.
If you start a test without an existing Reference Code, a new code is created. You can reuse a valid Reference Code when starting a different Equipido test, as long as it has not already been used for that specific test. The code appears on your PDF and allows you to reopen or upgrade the relevant result later while the data is still available. For paid reports and paid upgrades, the 90-day period applies after payment.
The code does not include any personal information — it is only used to connect your test data with your report.

19. What is the Summary Code for the Equipido Microtests AI Summary?
When you combine your Core Color result with one or more Equipido Microtests in the Summary Hub and complete an Equipido Microtests AI Summary, you receive a Summary Code. The code identifies that completed summary and acts as a shortcut back to it, so you do not need to re-enter multiple Reference Codes.
To create an Equipido Microtests AI Summary, you must first have completed the Core Color Personality Test (Basic level or higher). Your Core Color profile acts as the foundation for the integrated summary and is combined with the results from the microtests you selected.
You can use the Summary Code to return to your saved Equipido Microtests AI Summary later and, when available, reopen or download it again without selecting the tests again. The Summary Code works while the related data remains available and does not replace the Reference Codes needed for individual test results.
20. What affects the AI result?
The quality and depth of an AI-generated result depend on how much relevant material is available for the AI to work with.
Premium + AI report – The more clearly and thoroughly you answer the writing questions, the more personal and detailed your AI result can become. If your answers are very short or provide limited detail, the result may still be useful, but it will usually be more general and less tailored to your specific situation.
Equipido Microtests AI Summary – The AI result is influenced both by the selected microtests and by how much Core Color material is available as a foundation. If your Core Color result is at the Basic level, the AI has less Core profile material to work with. If Extended or Premium has been unlocked, the AI has more profile text and deeper background material available, which can support a richer and more detailed interpretation.
The number of selected microtests does not change the price of Equipido Microtests AI Summary, but it can affect how broad the AI’s input is. For the Premium + AI report, more complete and specific written answers generally give the AI better conditions for producing a deeper and more personalized result.
21. What does “90 days” mean for my results?
For paid reports and paid upgrades, we store the Reference Code and the related test data for up to 90 days after payment.
During this period, you can reopen your results, download your report again, and upgrade to a higher level without retaking the test, provided the data is still available. If you make a new purchase or upgrade during this period, a new 90-day storage period starts from the date of that purchase.
After 90 days, the test-related data needed to reopen or recreate the result may be deleted according to Equipido’s data-retention routines. Once the data has been deleted, the Reference Code and any related Summary Code will no longer provide access to the result, and the report cannot be restored.
This 90-day rule applies only to paid purchases and paid upgrades. Unpaid Basic tests, unpaid microtests, and unpaid summaries are not subject to the same retention period and may be deleted during maintenance, updates, database cleanup, or internal routines.
22. What is the background of the four colors, and how do you use them in Equipido?
The Core Color model is inspired by classical temperament theory (with roots in Hippocrates and later Galen) and by modern personality frameworks.
It is built around four easy-to-recognize styles: Analyzer (Blue), Charger (Red), Energizer (Yellow), and Harmonizer (Green).
The purpose is self-awareness, communication, and practical personal development — not clinical assessment.
The four core styles
• Analyzer – logical, structured, detail-focused
• Charger – decisive, driven, action-oriented
• Energizer – creative, enthusiastic, people-focused
• Harmonizer – calm, empathetic, steady and supportive
Each style has strengths and potential blind spots, especially when overused.
Stress Balance
(Premium levels)
A fifth dimension shows how your style shifts under pressure and how quickly you regain balance.
How Equipido uses the model
The same Core Color test generates your scores for all four styles (and Stress Balance where available).
Different report levels unlock different interpretations — from a basic introduction (Basic) to strengths, blind spots, balance charts, stress patterns, and AI reflections (Premium + AI).
Equipido microtests are interpreted independently. If you create an Equipido Microtests AI Summary, your Core Color profile is used as the foundation for the final integrated summary together with the microtest results you selected.
23. What are microtests and how do they connect to my Core Color?
Microtests are short, focused tests that explore specific areas such as Decision Style, Emotional Style, Feedback Style, Goal Style, and Leadership Style.
They are optional, can be taken independently, and each provides a focused perspective on a different area.
To include microtests in an Equipido Microtests AI Summary, you must first have completed the Core Color Personality Test (Basic level or higher). The microtests can be taken independently. When the summary is created, your Core Color profile acts as the foundation and is combined with the selected microtest results.
When you have a Core Color result and the microtest results you want to include, you can create an Equipido Microtests AI Summary in the Summary Hub. Once completed, it receives a Summary Code that is used to reopen that summary.
24. Can I upgrade my existing Core Color test without taking it again?
Yes.
To upgrade your Core Color Personality Test, go to the Summary Hub and enter your Reference Code.
When the code is verified, you will see a button that takes you directly to your Core Color results page.
On that page, you can choose which upgrade you want (Extended, Premium, or Premium + AI), and then continue to checkout.
The upgrade unlocks deeper sections of your existing test data and generates a new PDF at the higher level.
For paid reports and paid upgrades, access remains available for up to 90 days after payment. Unpaid Basic results are not subject to the same retention period and may be deleted earlier.
25. What do Equipido reports and gift cards cost?
The available report prices are:
- Core Extended Report: $3 / 39 kr / ฿79
- Core Premium Report: $9 / 99 kr / ฿149
- Core Premium + AI Report: $13 / 149 kr / ฿249
- Equipido Summary Report: $3 / 29 kr / ฿49
Gift cards for Extended, Premium, and Premium + AI are available at the same corresponding values.
The currency shown depends on the market used for the purchase, not simply on the language selected on the website:
- Customers purchasing through the Swedish market see prices in Swedish kronor (SEK).
- Customers purchasing through the Thai market see prices in Thai Baht (THB).
- Customers in other available markets, including the rest of Europe, see prices in US dollars (USD).
Changing the website language does not by itself change the applicable market or currency. The final applicable price is always displayed before checkout.
26. Do you offer discounts when upgrading?
Yes. Equipido offers a simple upgrade model designed to support continued personal growth.
When you upgrade your Core Color report to the next level within 90 days of your purchase, you only pay the difference. This allows you to continue your Equipido journey without paying the full price again.
The purpose of this upgrade model is not to encourage unnecessary purchases, but to support users who wish to explore their results more deeply over time. Many users begin with a basic insight and later decide they want to understand their profile in greater depth.
27. Do you offer bulk or team discounts?
Yes — for multiple purchases (such as teams, workshops, client groups, or coaching programs), we offer tailored pricing depending on the number of reports needed.
To request a quote or explore options, please contact us directly via our contact page. No public discount codes are used — all arrangements are handled individually.
28. How do Equipido gift cards work?
Equipido Gift Cards are available for Extended, Premium, and Premium + AI. Each gift card represents the value of the selected report level in the customer’s current market and currency.
A gift card is not limited only to the report level named on the card. For example, an Extended gift card can also be used toward Premium or Premium + AI. In that case, the gift card value is applied toward the higher report level, and the remaining difference is paid at checkout.
Prices and currencies are based on the customer’s location and checkout setup, not only on the selected website language. For example, a customer in Sweden may still see Swedish kronor even when using the English version of the website. Customers outside the EU may see USD, while customers in Thailand may see Thai Baht with pricing adapted for the Thai market.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
29. Can I recover my results if I lose my Reference Code?
No.
If you lose your Reference Code, we cannot recover your Core Color results or any connected microtests.
We do not use login accounts, and we do not store personal information that can be used to search for your test data.
Your Reference Code is shown on your results page, on the first page of your PDF report, and in your order email.
If you made a paid upgrade, the code also appears on your invoice.
For paid reports and paid upgrades, the related test data remains available for up to 90 days after payment, but only if you still have your code.
If the code is lost — or if the data has been deleted — the results cannot be accessed again.
We recommend saving your Reference Code somewhere safe, such as in a notes app or as a screenshot.
30. Can I use the same Reference Code for all tests?
Yes.
Equipido codes are flexible. A Reference Code from the Core Color Personality Test can be used on all microtests — and a code from a microtest can also be used to start the Core Color Personality Test.
When you enter and verify a code on the intro page of any test, the test will start immediately if the code is valid and has not been used for that specific test before.
This means you can complete tests in any order — Core first or microtests first.
If you do not enter a code, the test will create a new standalone code for that test session.
Important:
The Summary Hub does not combine or merge different codes.
Instead, it simply lets you choose which tests (Core Color and microtests) you want to include in a summary.
The selected results are used to generate the summary. Once it is completed, a new Summary Code is created to reopen that specific summary.
31. What happens if I retake a test?
If you retake any Equipido test, it will create a completely new test session with a new code.
Your previous results are not replaced or overwritten. Each session is separate.
You can choose which test sessions you want to include in a summary inside the Summary Hub.
The Summary Hub does not merge codes — it simply lets you pick the tests you want to use.
If you prefer the newer version of a test, you can select it when creating your summary.
Retaking a test does not affect the availability of your previous results, as long as the underlying data is still available. For paid reports and paid upgrades, the 90-day period applies after payment.
32. Can this test be used to label or manipulate others?
No — that’s not the purpose. The Core Color Personality Test is a tool for personal insight, not a weapon for judgment or control.
It’s meant to promote understanding, compassion, and growth. True leadership starts with respect — and knowing how people work is a responsibility, not a reason to stereotype.

Bonus Questions About Personal Growth
Growth isn’t just about personality styles or leadership roles — it’s also about how you live, think, and move forward every day.
These questions come up often for those who are reflecting, shifting direction, or simply trying to move forward with more purpose.
They’re not always easy to answer — but asking them is often where real growth begins.
1. How do I build self-awareness without feeling overwhelmed?
Start small. Self-awareness begins with curiosity, not judgment. Reflect through journaling, asking honest questions, and paying attention to your daily patterns.
2. What’s the difference between self-improvement and self-acceptance?
They go hand in hand. Self-improvement without self-acceptance becomes pressure. True growth happens when you know your worth and still choose to evolve.
3. How can I tell if my personal growth is authentic — not just following trends?
If your progress brings clarity and peace — not just excitement — it’s probably real. Authentic growth aligns with your values, not outside validation.
4. How do I deal with people who don’t support my growth?
Not everyone will understand your journey. Set healthy boundaries, stay focused, and seek support from people who respect your growth. Growth can feel lonely at times, but you do not have to navigate it alone.
5. Can personality tests limit how I see myself?
They can — if you let them. A test is a tool, not a box. Use it to expand your awareness, not to restrict your identity.
6. How can I use the Core Color Test to improve my relationships?
By recognizing your style and learning to spot others’, you can communicate with more empathy, reduce conflict, and connect more meaningfully.
7. Do I need a coach or can I grow on my own?
Both are possible. A coach can offer structure, perspective, and accountability, but growth still begins with your willingness to reflect and take action.
8. What books, podcasts, or tools do you recommend for starting out?
Start with a trusted resource that encourages reflection and practical action. Growth is less about the tool itself and more about how consistently you apply what you learn.
9. Where should I even start?
Start with one habit, one question, or one insight. You don’t need a full plan — just a first step in the right direction.
10. How do I set meaningful goals?
Begin with why. If a goal isn’t connected to something personal and important, it won’t last. Clarity creates commitment.
11. I set goals, but I don’t do what it takes. Why?
Often, the issue is not motivation but misalignment. Revisit your goals — do they reflect your real priorities or someone else’s expectations?
12. What should I do when I lose sight of a goal?
Don’t beat yourself up. Pause, breathe, and reconnect with your original “why.” It’s okay to adjust — growth isn’t linear.
13. How can I make time for personal growth when life is so busy?
Growth doesn’t need hours. It’s in how you show up, make choices, and reflect. A few intentional minutes a day can create real change.
14. Why do I keep falling back into old patterns?
Because your brain likes the familiar. Slipping is human — awareness is progress. Learn from it and keep going without shame.
15. What if I’m not seeing progress — am I failing?
Not at all. Growth is often invisible in the moment. Trust the process. You’re changing in ways that may not be obvious yet.
16. What if I just don’t feel motivated anymore?
Motivation can fade, so revisit your values, reconnect with your purpose, and take one small action. Momentum can grow from there.
🛠️ Troubleshooting & Technical Help
Common issues and quick fixes
1. I can’t see my test results after finishing the quiz
Make sure all questions are answered before submission. If the page seems stuck, try refreshing or restarting the test. If the issue remains, please contact us.
2. I didn’t receive my free PDF download
The PDF should download automatically after you complete the test. If nothing happens:
- Make sure your browser allows automatic downloads.
- Try using a different browser or device.
- If the download still does not appear, use your saved Reference Code to reopen the result. Retake the test only if the result is no longer available.
3. What happens if I close the results page?
Your results are not limited to a single viewing.
When you complete a test, your result page appears immediately. However, you can reopen your results later using your Reference Code.
You can enter your Reference Code in the Summary Hub to view or download your report again. You may also enter the code when starting a test to reopen the related result page if the data is still available.
Paid reports and paid upgrades remain available for up to 90 days after payment. Unpaid results may be deleted earlier during maintenance or database cleanup. We recommend downloading the PDF and saving your Reference Code immediately.
4. What is the Reference Code and how do I use it?
Your Reference Code is a unique code shown on the result page and in your PDF. It lets you:
- Download your result again
- Upgrade to Extended, Premium, or Premium + AI without retaking the Core Color test
- Access your personality breakdown without retaking the test
If you made a purchase, first check your order email or invoice for the Reference Code. If you cannot find the code and have no saved PDF or result page, the anonymous test data cannot be searched by name or email, and you will need to retake the test.
5. I paid for an upgrade, but my upgraded report is not available
After a successful payment, you are returned to your Core Color results page, where your upgraded report can be viewed and downloaded.
Checkout is handled through WooCommerce, and PayPal may be available as the payment method during checkout.
You should also receive an order email that includes your Reference Code.
If your upgraded report is not available, make sure the checkout was completed and that you returned to the results page correctly.
Use your Reference Code to reopen your result and access the upgraded report again within the 90-day availability period.
If it still doesn’t work, please contact us.
How are taxes applied?
Prices shown on Equipido reflect the final product price.
For customers located in Sweden and the European Union, VAT is applied according to applicable tax regulations and is shown during checkout and on the order confirmation.
For customers outside the EU, VAT and other applicable taxes are calculated according to the applicable rules and the customer’s location. The final applicable price is always shown before checkout is completed.
6. I didn’t get my Reference Code or forgot to save it
First check the first page of your PDF, your order confirmation email, and your invoice if you made a purchase. If you have no saved PDF or result page and cannot find the Reference Code in your purchase documents, we cannot search anonymous test answers by name or email.
In that case, you will need to retake the test to generate a new result.
7. I can’t download the PDF on my mobile device

8. My payment went through but nothing happened
If your payment was completed but your report did not appear, you may not have returned correctly to the results page after checkout.
Equipido uses WooCommerce for checkout, and PayPal may be used as the payment method. After a successful payment, you are redirected back to your Core Color results page where your upgraded report becomes available.
You should also receive an order confirmation email containing your Reference Code.
If your upgraded report is not visible:
• Make sure the checkout process was completed and you returned to the results page
• Reopen your result using your Reference Code
• Download the upgraded report again from the results page
If the problem remains, please contact us.
9. Can I delete my personal data?
Free tests are anonymous and cannot be linked to an individual through an account.
If you have made a purchase, you may request deletion of personal data associated with that transaction by contacting us and providing your Reference Code and/or Summary Code.
See our Privacy Policy and Legal Overview for full details.
We value transparency — here’s how we create and use content across the site.
1. Where do your images come from?
Most images on our site are either:
- Photographed and created by us,
- Licensed or downloaded from stock platforms such as Pexels, or
- Generated using AI image tools when no suitable real-world image was available.
2. Are AI-generated images clearly marked?
AI images are not always explicitly labeled, but we ensure that:
- No real person is falsely represented or misused.
- The images are illustrative, symbolic, or fictional.
- We avoid using AI for identifiable faces in sensitive or misleading contexts.
3. Do you credit photographers when required?
Yes. Where applicable, we include the name of the photographer and source. For example:
- Feedback Style Test: Photo by Edmond Dantès – View on Pexels
- Decision Style Test: Photo by Abdul Basit – View on Pexels
- Landing page coffee image created by us
4. Why do you use AI-generated images at all?
AI lets us create visuals that match the emotional tone, metaphor, or concept we need — especially when no suitable free image exists. For example, illustrations of decision-making, emotional clarity, or metaphorical situations.
5. Can I reuse your images on my own website?
Do not reuse or republish Equipido-created images or text without written permission. Some third-party images are used under external licenses, and any reuse of those images must follow the original source’s license and terms.
6. Is your written content AI-generated?
Equipido’s content is created from our own ideas, models, experience, and intentions. We may use AI-assisted tools to help refine grammar, clarity, structure, and language, particularly because English is not our native language.
AI support functions as an editing and language-assistance tool. The underlying concepts, interpretations, final decisions, and intended messages are developed and reviewed by Equipido.
7. How do you handle translations on Equipido?
At Equipido, we want our tools and insights to reach people in multiple languages. We use a combination of established translation software, AI-assisted tools, and manual review by native speakers whenever possible.
Small errors can sometimes slip through, such as missing words or imperfect phrasing. We appreciate it when users let us know, because that helps us improve the quality and clarity of Equipido.
